The formula is developed by our R&D team and can be used to manufacture both your products and ours.
We do not disclose the full formula details (percentages, processing method, or parameters), but we provide the ingredient list (INCI) for labeling and product registration purposes.

If you already have a fully developed and tested formulation for your future cosmetic product, we will promptly calculate the production costs and the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
To do this, our production chemists will need to review the ingredients, draft a manufacturing master record, and calculate the cost of the required raw materials. Please note that there is no additional charge for launching a product using your existing formula. Fees will only apply if you request reformulations or adjustments (the cost of such modifications is determined individually on a case-by-case basis).
Before you share your formulation with us, we will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to guarantee the complete safety and protection of your intellectual property.
FAQ
Yes. After signing an NDA, our chemists review the composition, prepare a manufacturing master record, and calculate cost and MOQ. There is no extra fee to launch production from your formula; reformulation or adjustments are charged by agreement.
Three development paths (details in the accordion above):
- Non-Exclusive Formula - usually free of charge when ordering from MOQ; the formula stays the manufacturer’s IP.
- Exclusive Formula - dedicated to your brand without full formula disclosure (up to ~IDR 20,000,000).
- Full Ownership Formula - the formula becomes your IP (up to ~IDR 50,000,000).
We work with natural compositions and do not take mass-market synthetic-base projects. Before we start, we review the INCI: what is acceptable, what must be replaced, and which actives are realistically available. If a compromise is needed, we discuss alternatives at the briefing stage.
It depends on the scenario and product. For private label based on our formulas, often from 50 pcs/product; for production from your own formula, a typical guide is from 100 pcs/product. The exact MOQ is confirmed after costing raw materials, packaging, and filling.
Price depends on the formula, actives, packaging, and volume. After a brief and/or INCI review we provide a quotation (usually EXW/FOB Bali) for the selected order volumes.
Yes - filling, labeling/printing. We use eco-friendly packaging (aluminium, glass, cardboard tubes, etc.). Your own packaging is fine after compatibility checks. We provide GS1 EAN codes for your products free of charge.
Yes. Selling in Indonesia requires a local company, a registered brand, and BPOM for each product. We can support document preparation; brand registration and the local legal entity remain the client’s (or local partner’s) responsibility.
Yes. A visit to our factory is helpful but not required: briefing, samples, and scent/texture revisions can be handled remotely with international sample shipping.
Valid CPKB/GMP (BPOM). A standalone ISO 22716 certificate may not be held: Indonesian CPKB/GMP is aligned with ISO 22716 / ASEAN Cosmetic GMP. On request we provide the certificate/statement and an overview of line capabilities.
Basic checks are part of development/production. Some studies (clinical, SPF/PA, extended safety) go through accredited laboratories; the test package is agreed for your target market.
We can prepare PIF/CPSR structure and manufacturing documentation. CPNP, Responsible Person, AICIS, and local labeling are usually handled via your RP/consultant; we supply factory data. Regulatory timelines and costs depend on the market and number of SKUs.
Yes: choose a base and, if needed, adjust ingredients within acceptable limits. Deep reformulation of the base is paid development or a new formula project.
Usually we supply raw materials and packaging for the order. If you already have some items, list them in the brief; we check specifications and compatibility.
From briefing to first samples - weeks (depending on complexity and raw-material availability). Mass production follows sample approval, packaging confirmation, and any required regulatory steps. We fix the calendar in the commercial offer.
Formulas can be developed in a vegan / cruelty-free framework. Separate certificates (Halal, etc.) are available on request for a specific line, subject to raw materials and audit.
