We do not disclose the full formula details (percentages, processing method, or parameters), but we provide the ingredient list (INCI) for labeling and product registration purposes.

- Minor modifications or additional samples may incur a small fee upon agreement.

Formula Rights

- All costs include, third-party testing (e.g., safety, irritation, efficacy), and registration fees (BPOM).
- Payment terms: 50% upon project initiation, 50% upon final formula/sample approval.

The formula is developed exclusively for your brand, and full ownership of the formula (including ingredient ratios, process methods, and technical parameters) will be transferred to you. The client will have the right to produce the formula independently at another facility after handover.
