Measuring:
- 3-5 drops for oil burner;
- internally: no more than 1 drop 1-2 times daily, diluted in honey or a carrier (coconut oil or jojoba oil);
- inhalation: 1-2 drops (hot inhalation for 4-6 minutes, cold inhalation for 5-7 minutes);
- aromatic baths: 3-4 drops mixed with an emulsifier (coconut oil or jojoba oil);
- massage: 4-5 drops per 1 tablespoon of base oil;
- topical application: 5-7 drops per 1 tablespoon of base oil for targeted relief.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
