Measuring:
- internal use: 1-2 drops mixed with one teaspoon of honey, take two times a day, drink with acidic juice, yogurt, tea with lemon;
- 4 drops for oil burner for 15 sq.m.;
- stomatitis, bleeding, and inflammation of the gums and sore throat: 5-10 drops of essential oil mixed with one tablespoon of honey, mix well the mixture into a glass of warm water, then rinse your mouth. Do not swallow!
- hot inhalation 1-2 drops - duration of procedure 4-5 minutes; cold inhalation 1-2 drops - course of operation 5-7 minutes;
- massage using 5-7 drops per 1 tablespoon of base oil (coconut);
- for the enrichment of cosmetics, three drops to 1 tablespoon of the basics.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use in the first trimester of pregnancy. Not recommended for use with low blood pressure. Please do not use it continuously for more than three weeks.
